Good news for the spring. The Project has been awarded £8,000 from the Big Lottery Fund Awards for All programme to assist in our provision of starter packs to vulnerable people.  

Glossopdale Furniture Project will be at the One World Festival in High Lea Park at New Mills In June 2009.

A wide range of products from the Furniture Project Workshop will be on display and for sale.

The One World Festival is held each year at this location and attracts a wide range of stalls from organisations concerned with the environment.

 We have, unfortunately, had to increase our delivery charge due to the many recent

 increases in petrol/diesel.  New charges are £4.00 for people in receipt of benefit and

 £6.00 for the general public.

High Peak CVS have designed a new website for the Furniture Project - we hope you like it.

The main pages of the site are easily accessed from the 'drawers' selector on the left. These deal with the aims of Glossopdale Furniture Project, how to donate furniture, obtaining furniture, and the Products from our workshop.

One of the primary reasons for the new design has been to list and display the workshop products.

The design undertaken by High Peak CVS allows staff at the Furniture Project to simply add descriptions of new products with photographs alongside.
